Phillips & Company talk with television and film star J. K. Simmons.

Jonathan Kimble “J. K.” Simmons is an actor best known for his roles on television as Dr. Emil Skoda in NBC’s “Law & Order” (and other shows in the Law & Order franchise), Assistant Police Chief Will Pope in TNT’s “The Closer”, neo-Nazi Vernon Schillinger in the HBO prison drama “Oz”, and on film as J. Jonah Jameson in Sam Raimi’s “Spider-Man” trilogy.

You may also remember him from his roles in “Juno”, “Up in the Air”, “I Love You, Man” and as the voice of the yellow M&M in the M&M commercials. He has also been featured as Professor Nathaniel Burke of the University of Farmers in television commercials for Farmers Insurance Group.

He’s back on the big screen in “3 Geezers!”, and he tells Phillips & Company all about that and his extensive body of film work.
