Phillips & Company talk with Adam Lambert about being the host of the “VH1 Divas 2012″ concert this weekend on VH1.

It’s hard to believe that it’s almost been four years since Adam Lambert came in second on “American Idol” and three years since “Whatya Want from Me” was a huge hit for him.

He’s hosting this weekend’s “VH1 Divas 2012″ with performances by Kelly Clarkson, Pitbull, Ciara, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, and Kelly Rowland.
