Jayson Blair joins Phillips & Company to talk about his new NBC sitcom “The New Normal”.

Jayson is starring as “Clay Clemmons” on NBC’s new comedy “The New Normal,” created and executive produced by Ryan Murphy of “Glee” and “American Horror Story” fame.

Jayson is best known for his series regular role as bad boy “Max Owens” on MTV’s first scripted series “The Hard Times of RJ Berger”.
