Just hours before the first auditions took place, “AI” producers announced their lineup of judges. As we expected, Mariah Carey, Randy Jackson, Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban are seated behind the judges’ table this season.

And the claws are already out.

We heard rumors that Mariah Carey was NOT happy with the choice of Nicki Minaj as a judge. When producers called Mariah to tell her that they were considering Nicki, Mariah supposedly hung up on them. The two made their feelings known on Sunday at the NYC auditions, too.

Whenever Nicki started giving advice to those auditioning, Mariah would jump in and interrups. Nicki responded by talking even louder over Mariah. Sources at the auditions say that it’s obvious to everyone that they don’t like each other.
