Taylor Swift Chats About Her New Album With Fans
I always say, if you don’t like Taylor Swift, you probably don’t like babies and puppies, either. Tonight, she gave details about her upcoming album via web chat, surrounded by fans. The fans came from all over to Nashville for this special announcement.
Taylor revealed that her album sill be called Red and is due out October 22nd. She wore a red dress and was adorned in red lipstick for the web chat. Why Red? She said that the album is about all the emotions she’s gone through in the past two years like jealousy and anger, and to her, all those emotions are red.
Red will have 16 songs and she reached out to artists she idolizes for co-writing assistance. She revealed that she and Ed Sheerhan wrote a song together while sitting on a trampoline that will be a duet between the two on the album.
When she was asked about misconceptions about herself, she told her fans that she does not read anything about her. In fact, her friends make fun of her because as soon as she sees her name on the internet, she clicks away. Right now, she says, she has no idea what the public perception of Taylor Swift is.
She revealed the cover art for Red during the web chat and played the first single, We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together. Wonder who that’s about. . .
