You knew it was only a matter of time before someone made a “Star Trek” version of Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe”.

They’ve taken episodes of “Star Trek: The Next Generation” and found the characters saying the words to the song.

I don’t know how long something like this takes, but I guess the end result is worth it.

No word yet if they’re planning one with the original “Star Trek” cast, but I’m sure if they do, we’ll post it!
