Katie Holmes probably thought once she filed divorce papers from Tom Cruise she would be living a happier life with less drama.  Well, she was involved in a little bit of drama last night.

Katie and Suri were on their way home from Suri’s gymnastics class last night and they were hit by a garbage truck.  It wasn’t a serious accident, but sources say Suri got upset and wouldn’t stop crying.
