Oh my goodness.  Kathie Lee Gifford had the most awkward moment i’ve ever seen on live television this morning.  She and Hoda were interviewing Martin Short on The Today Show when she went into great detail about their life together.  She asked questions about how they keep their love alive after so many  years.  Why is this so embarrassing?  As she noted, after Martin left, Martin’s wife passed away from Ovarian cancer a year and a half ago.

No hate for Kathie Lee.   She realized her mistake, and without much embarrassment, explained the situation and made a heartfelt apology to Martin.  She tweeted an apology later, as well.
