If I had found these recipes earlier, I would have planned an Easter adults – only party!
Here are a few recipes I found for Easter candy flavored martinis.
The Sparkling Jelly Bean Martini
1 Oz. Jelly Bean infused Vodka
3 Oz. Champagne
1 lemon wedge
**Put vodka in shaker with ice to chill, add champagne, squeeze lemon wedge into shaker, stir gently and strain into glass.**
***To make jelly bean infused vodka, place 1/2 cup of vodka and 1/4 of same colored jelly beans in a glass jar for about 48 hours.***
The Marshmallow Peep Martini
1 1/2 oz of fluffed marshmallow vodka
1/2 oz of vanilla syrup
1 oz of cream
sugar
**Place a small amount of vanilla syrup on a plate, place sugar on another plate. Dip martini glass in syrup, then in sugar to coat the rim. Put vodka, cream and syrup in a shaker with ice, shake and strain into glass. Decorate the glass with a peep!**
Carmel Cadbury Egg Martini
1 1/2 oz of Bailey’s Irish Creme with Caramel
1/2 oz of Creme de Cacao
1 oz carmel syrup
1 oz cream
1/2 tablespoon hershey’s syrup
**Drizzle hershey’s syrup around the inside rim of the martini glass, place all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake until chocolate syrup is completely incorporated, strain into glass!**
