A new Chesterfield outlet mall project has gotten its first tenant and it’s a good one!

Missouri’s first Off Fifth, the Saks Fifth Avenue outlet, will anchor the new development called St. Louis Premium Outlets. The outlet mall will be located near the Spirit of St. Louis airport.
