Miley posted a pic to Twitter this weekend to show off her new mani, but she showed something much more interesting…a huge diamond ring on her ring finger.
Her friends are denying that she’s engaged, but it sure looks like her “Hunger Games” beau Liam Hemsworth put a ring on it!
